序言
哥伦比亚特区上诉法院在行使其对法律专业人士的固有权力时，特此制定, 作为法院的官方机构, 由哥伦比亚特区靠谱的滚球平台协会成员组成的协会，被称为哥伦比亚特区靠谱的滚球平台协会, 并根据其管理靠谱的滚球平台资格的法定权力，为靠谱的滚球平台协会及其个人成员颁布以下规则:
第一节. 协会的成立
所有获准在哥伦比亚特区执业的靠谱的滚球平台特此组成一个协会，被称为“哥伦比亚特区靠谱的滚球平台协会”，并遵守下文所述规则的规定.

“章程”指的是靠谱的滚球平台公会的章程.
靠谱的滚球平台公会, 为实现其组织宗旨的目的, 苏和被起诉, 签订合同, 收购, 持有, 不动产和个人财产的负担和处置.
第二节. 目的
The purposes of the 酒吧 shall be to aid the Court in carrying on and improving the administration of justice; to foster and maintain on the part of those engaged in the practice of law high ideals of integrity, 学习, 公共服务能力, and high standards of conduct; to safeguard the proper professional interest of the members of the 酒吧; to encourage the formation and activities of volunteer bar associations; to provide a forum for the discussion of subjects pertaining to the practice of law, 法学与法律改革, 以及靠谱的滚球平台事务所与公众的关系, and to publish information relating thereto; to carry on a continuing program of legal research and education in the technical fields of substantive law, 实践和程序, and make reports and recommendations thereon; to the end that the public responsibility of the legal profession may be more effectively discharged.
